Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Arkin LLC covering your use of ScriptDeck. Plain language, no tricks — if something here is unclear, email us and ask.
Last updated 30 July 2026 · ScriptDeck is operated by Arkin LLC.
1. Who you are contracting with
ScriptDeck is a product of Arkin LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States, at 11613 SummerField Road, Frisco, TX 75035, United States. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Arkin LLC; “you” means the person or business using ScriptDeck.
Charges from us appear on your card or bank statement as SCRIPTDECK.NET.
2. What the service does
ScriptDeck helps short-form video creators decide what to make. It watches public YouTube channels you choose, highlights videos that are out-performing that channel’s own norm, reads the public comments and transcript of a video you select, and generates a scene-by-scene script with suggested titles, hooks and thumbnail text.
It is a research and writing tool. It does not create video or audio, and it does not publish, schedule or post anything to YouTube or any other platform on your behalf. You remain entirely responsible for what you choose to make and publish.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One account per person or business. Sharing a single subscription across multiple unrelated creators or businesses is not permitted.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Plans, billing and renewal
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, through our payment processor Stripe. Current plans:
- Creator — $29 per month, including 30 scripts per month.
- Pro — $59 per month, including 100 scripts per month.
A “script” is one transcript-and-script generation, including regenerating one you already have. Browsing your Radar, adding channels and running comment analysis are not charged against your monthly allowance, though fair-use limits apply to prevent abuse.
Your allowance resets at the start of each billing period. Unused scripts do not accumulate from month to month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, Stripe bills the difference immediately and your allowance is raised to the new plan straight away.
We may change our prices. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before the change affects your subscription, and you are free to cancel before it takes effect. Prices exclude any sales tax or VAT, which is added where required.
If a payment fails, we will retry it for a short period. If it keeps failing, your subscription may be cancelled and your account moved to the free tier.
5. Cancellation and refunds
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut you off the moment you cancel.
- Any scripts already granted for the current period stay yours until that period ends.
- We do not automatically refund part-months, because the allowance for the period is granted up front.
- That said, if the service did not work, you were charged in error, or you were billed for a renewal you clearly did not intend to use, email us. We would rather refund you than argue about it.
You can delete your account at any time. Doing so ends your subscription and removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use ScriptDeck to produce content that is deceptive, impersonates a real person or organisation, harasses anyone, or breaks the law.
- Break the terms of any platform you publish to. YouTube’s policies on spam, deceptive practices and repetitive content apply to you, not to us.
- Resell, white-label or redistribute the service or its output as your own product without our written permission.
- Scrape, automate or otherwise access the service in ways that circumvent your plan limits, or attempt to access other users’ data.
- Reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section. Where the breach is not serious and can be fixed, we will normally warn you first.
7. Who owns what
You own the scripts and packaging you generate. We claim no ownership over your output and no revenue share on anything you make with it. You may use it commercially, including on monetised channels.
You keep ownership of what you put in — your voice profile, your channel list, your notes. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service: to store that material and send it to the third-party providers listed in our Privacy Policy so we can produce your results.
We keep ownership of ScriptDeck itself — the software, the interface, the brand, and the analysis and generation methods behind it.
Because generated text is produced from statistical models, we cannot promise your output is unique. Another user working in the same niche from the same source video may receive something similar.
8. What we do not promise
ScriptDeck produces suggestions, not guarantees. Read this section carefully — it matters more than most of the rest.
- No results are guaranteed. Nothing here promises views, subscribers, watch time or revenue. Performance depends on your niche, your execution and platform algorithms outside anyone’s control.
- AI output can be wrong, and you must check it. Scripts are generated by large language models and may contain statements that are inaccurate, outdated or fabricated. If a script makes a factual, medical, legal or financial claim, verify it before you publish. You are the publisher, and you carry responsibility for what you say.
- Do not copy the video you analysed. Our output is intended to help you make your own take on a topic. Reproducing someone else’s video, script or footage may infringe their rights, and that is on you.
- Data drawn from YouTube — view counts, comments, transcripts — comes from third parties and may be incomplete, delayed or unavailable.
- The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, though we work to keep it running.
9. Third-party services
ScriptDeck depends on services run by other companies, including YouTube, model providers, transcription providers, our hosting and database provider, and Stripe for payments. They are listed in our Privacy Policy.
ScriptDeck uses YouTube API Services. By using it you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. If one of these providers changes or withdraws access, some features may change or stop working, and that is outside our control.
10. Changes, suspension and termination
We may change or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces what you are paying for, we will tell you by email and you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused remainder of that period.
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if keeping it open would expose us or other users to material risk. If we close your account other than for a breach, we will refund the unused portion of your current period.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost views or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case those exclusions do not apply to you.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts located there. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
